What to do if my ankle is still swollen and tingly 9 days after a sprain? - #30531
I’m 16 and sprained my ankle 9 days ago. The X-ray was normal, but I still have tingling/buzzing around my ankle, swelling, stiffness. I’m also worried because my toes don’t feel like they’re moving normally. Do these symptoms sound like a normal ankle sprain recovery, or should I get re-evaluated?
