For what reason in brain sudden electric shock like occur

There is sudden electric shock like occur in my mom brain for 5-10seconds..what's the reason behind it..And there is small-small bubbles occur in my mom throat..here by seeing doctor they said it was occur due to infection..but it's not cure.. If anything she it's like little bit spicy... It's too for her..she can't eat little bit.. There is so much pain occur in her throat
