Tomato virus treatment - #11935
I am feeling pretty worried because my tomato plants have been acting really weird lately. I planted them a few months ago, and they started off so healthy, but slowly they’ve been wilting and getting these strange yellow spots on the leaves. I did some digging around online, and now I’m freakin out thinking they might have a tomato virus! I’m a pretty novice gardener, and honestly, I’m not sure what to do. I tried looking up tomato virus treatment but found so many different things — some say to just remove infected plants, while others suggested specific treatments I’ve never even heard of. The whole thing is just overwhelming! Should I just get rid of my plants? What is the best actual tomato virus treatment out there? I read somewhere that organic options exist but not sure they’re effective. Oh, and also, are there any preventative measures I can take for next year or do tomatoes just get viruses no matter what? I really love growing tomatoes and this would be such a bummer if I’m gonna lose everything because of this. Any advice on the right tomato virus treatment would seriously be appreciated! Thanks!
