I am trying to figure out how to strengthen my heart naturally because I've been feeling a bit off lately. Like, a few months ago, I started noticing these weird palpitations, especially during my workouts. It’s super annoying! I also get kinda winded just walking up the stairs, which has never been a problem before. Went to the doctor, and my blood pressure’s fine, but they suggested I look into how to strengthen my heart naturally. I’ve been doing some research, but it's overwhelming! There’s so much info out there. Some sources say diet changes can help while others talk about exercise routines. I already try to eat pretty healthy, but I could probably do better. I guess I'm wondering what specific foods or exercises really work for how to strengthen heart naturally? I tried yoga for a bit, and I think that could be part of it, but I also wanna know if there are any specific vitamins or herbs that might help. I’ve heard stuff like omega-3s and turmeric?
