I am trying to figure out how to strengthen my heart naturally because I've been feeling a bit off lately. Like, a few months ago, I started noticing these weird palpitations, especially during my workouts. It’s super annoying! I also get kinda winded just walking up the stairs, which has never been a problem before. Went to the doctor, and my blood pressure’s fine, but they suggested I look into how to strengthen my heart naturally. I’ve been doing some research, but it's overwhelming!
