I am really worried about my heart circulation. Lately, I've been feeling some heaviness in my chest after even light exercise, and my legs get really tingly and cold a lot! I tried googling how to improve heart circulation, but all those tips seem overwhelming. Last week, I went for a walk, and by the time I got back home, I was totally out of breath! I’m only in my 40s, and I never thought I’d have these kinds of issues. My dad had heart problems, so I guess it’s kinda freaking me out.
