How to improve heart and liver health? - #12471
I am really worried about my health lately. I have these constant feelings of fatigue, like I'm dragging myself through the day. On top of that, I recently had some blood tests done, and the doc mentioned my liver enzymes were slightly elevated, which freaked me out a bit. I know that heart and liver health are super important, and I’ve been thinking a lot about how to improve heart and liver health? I mean, I try to eat somewhat healthy — or at least I thought I did. But the other day, I noticed I still snack on chips and have these sugary drinks way too often. It’s frustrating because I also feel short of breath sometimes, especially after going up the stairs. Like, seriously, how to improve heart and liver health? Can someone please give me some actual tips that work? I've heard all the usual stuff about diet and exercise, but I just want to know more specific things that helped others. Is it actually possible to see a significant change in liver enzymes through diet and lifestyle? I mean, I get it, the usual advice might be to cut down on alcohol and all, but what else? What's worked for you guys? Any suggestions on how to improve heart and liver health that are simple to do? Just need some direction here!
