I am really struggling with some health issues lately and I need advice. Last month, I had a check-up and my doctor mentioned that I should focus on my heart and liver function, which got me worried. I mean, I try to stay active, but I don’t really know what exercises to do specifically that could help. Can anyone give me suggestions on which yoga improves heart and liver function?
