Causes of weight loss - #12524

Aasha

I am really worried because I've been losing weight without trying, and I just don’t know what the causes of weight loss could be. It started about a month ago, I was just feeling ultra stressed with work and thought maybe that was it, but like I drop 10 pounds. I mean, that’s like a lot, right? I tried tracking my food and stuff but I haven’t changed my diet at all, still eating my normal meals. But then I’ve been super fatigued too, like sleeping a ton but not really feeling rested. Could this be a sign of something serious? I read that the causes of weight loss could be linked to thyroid issues or maybe diabetes, but honestly I haven’t seen a doc yet. Just really don’t know if I should be worried or if this is totally normal, you know? I mean, does anyone else experience this? What are some common causes of weight loss people overlook? I just need some insight before I go crazy with worrying. Like, I keep thinking about it and wondering if there’s something more serious going on or if I’m just overreacting. Any tips or advice would help a ton!
