I am really starting to freak out about my health lately. A few weeks ago, I found out my liver enzymes were elevated during a routine check-up and now I've been doing all this reading trying to figure out a natural way to detox my liver. I’ve heard mixed things — some sites say it’s easy and others make it sound like it’s a complicated process. Also, I've been feeling sluggish for months, and it’s like all my energy just vanished. I decided to try drinking more water and eating whole foods, but is that enuff? I also started adding more leafy greens to my meals, but sometimes I feel like I’m just guessing. I spoke with a friend who swears by herbal teas as a natural way to detox liver, but honestly, I'm not sure where to start or how much to do. Should I incorporate some kinda juice cleanses? I mean, it just gets overwhelming when I read all the info online! Like, are there specific foods or drinks you guys swear by for a natural way to detox liver? Or any tips on avoiding liver toxins?
