is banana good in loose motion - #12592
I am wondering about something that's been really bugging me. My kid had some weird loose motions after trying new foods, it was pretty freaky honestly! The doctor suggested a bland diet, and one of the foods was banana. I heard this from a friend too, but I’m still kinda skeptical. Like, is banana good in loose motion really? Because my kid likes bananas usually, but I thought maybe they can make it worse. The doc suggested we try banana along with rice and boiled potatoes, saying that bananas can help bulk things up, but I don’t know... it feels strange, ya know? Like, what is it about bananas that makes them good in loose motions? Should I be concerned or just go ahead and keep offering them? My kid eats one almost every day without any issue, but is it different when there’s loose motion involved? I’ve been stressing about it a lot, especially since the internet has all sorts of mixed opinions on it. Can anyone share their experience or insights about this? Is banana good in loose motion, or should I reconsider? Would love to hear from you all!
