I am feeling really lost these days, like my body is just weighed down with all kinds of stuff. I started eating junk food, stress-eating all these snacks and sugary things, and now I just don’t feel like myself anymore. The thing is, I keep coming across these articles about how to clean your body and I’m wondering if it's something I can actually achieve. Like, do I need to go on a crazy detox diet, or are there simple ways to just clean my body without all the extremes? I've tried a couple of flushes with lemon and water but they didn’t really feel like they helped at all. Just made me super hungry and cranky. Plus, I listened to some friends who swear by juice cleanses, like, how do people find the energy to do that? I workout a bit here and there but nothing major and honestly I’m just frustrated with how I look and feel. Is there any real guidance on how to clean your body that won’t break the bank or make me miserable? Should I focus more on what i eat, or is it about getting rid of stuff like toxins with, I dunno, certain herbs or teas? Seriously, any advice on how to clean your body would be super helpful cause I'm feeling stuck here!
