I am just really confused about this whole is beetroot juice good for health thing. I've been hearing so much about it from friends and on social media, and honestly, I'm not sure what to believe. Last week, I decided to try it after feeling super sluggish, like, you know, overwhelmingly tired for no good reason. I read that is beetroot juice good for health because it can help with blood pressure and stamina, so I thought maybe it would give me that little boost I needed. But I've also seen some articles saying it can be high in sugars? I drank a glass every morning this week, and at first, I felt great. But then I started getting weird stomach cramps, and now I’m worried if is beetroot juice good for health, like, could it actually be causing these issues? I tried mixing it with ginger and lemon to make it taste better, but I'm still not sure if I should continue or stop altogether.
