I am really worried about my health and need some advice! For the past few months, I've been feeling super sluggish and my skin has been breaking out a lot. And I've heard that diet can really effect things, like the whole “which fruit purifies blood” concept. Some friend mentioned that certain fruits can help clean out toxins and improve overall health. I’ve been trying to eat better but it’s hard to know what actually works. Do you know which fruit purifies blood the best? I read somewhere that berries are good, but then I also saw something about pomegranates and beets too! I’m a bit confused and honestly, I just want to feel myself again! Also, like, should I be eating these fruits raw or is juice ok? Ugh, I just don’t really know the right way to go about this. If anybody has any tips or even recipes to make it easier to add these fruits into my diet, that would be awesome! Like, how does this even work anyway? Does it really help with skin issues or energy levels just by adding certain fruits? Would love to hear your thoughts on which fruit purifies blood and how to incorporate that into my meals! Super appreciate any help!
