I am really worried about my liver health lately and I need some advice on how to healthy liver. A few weeks ago, I had this crazy fatigue that just wouldn’t go away, and then I started feeling this weird pain in my upper right abdomen, like something’s not right ya know? I did some blood tests and my doctor mentioned my liver enzymes were elevated. Now I’m freaking out! I started looking up stuff online and there’s a ton of info on how to healthy liver, but it seems really overwhelming. Like, what do I actually need to do? I cut out alcohol completely and I’m trying to eat more veggies, but I wonder if there's more to it. Do certain foods really make a difference? I read about milk thistle and all these detoxes, but not sure if they actually work or if it’s just a waste of time. I’m just a bit lost on how to healthy liver and what steps I should be taking right now to get back on track. Anyone gone through something similar? What can I do that’s proven to actually help? Thanks!
