I am super frustrated right now. For the past couple of weeks, I've been feeling really sluggish and my digestion is off. I’ve tried to clean up my diet, but haven’t really noticed a big change. A friend mentioned that maybe I should try the best liver detox juice to help cleanse my system. I've seen all these recipes online but none seem to agree on what actually makes that liver detox juice the “best.” Like, is it mostly about beetroot? Or do I need to add ginger, lemon, or something else too? I don’t even know if juicing is what I should be doing! I mean, I've never really juiced before and wonder if the best liver detox juice is just a fad or if it actually works. I'm worried that doing it wrong could make things worse. What are the real benefits? Like, do you actually feel better after doing a liver detox juice cleanse? Should I be drinking it daily or only for a few days? Also, I guess some people like to combine it with other detox things like herbal teas or whatnot. Does that help the juice work better? Just really need some advice because I feel lost and I want to feel better soon.
