I am really freaking out because my last check-up showed I have fatty liver disease and the doctor mentioned something about fatty liver treatment. I mean, I never thought I’d be dealing with this! I’m a 34yr old who tries to eat healthy most of the time but I do enjoy my wine on weekends. My main symptoms are like this constant fatigue and occasional discomfort in my upper right abdomen. I was actually planning a trip with friends but now I’m worried about what I should do instead? The doc said I need to focus on fatty liver treatment but didn’t give me a clear plan. I’m super confused if I should be looking into diet changes, maybe cutting out alcohol completely (which is hard for me, ugh), or what kind of lifestyle changes I should be making. Plus, I read a lot about supplements and stuff online – do those even work for fatty liver treatment or are they just a waste of time? Feeling kinda lost here, like is there a specific fatty liver treatment I should prioritize or if I’m just overthinking it?
