I am dealing with this nagging neck pain for the past week, and it’s really affecting my day-to-day life! I’ve tried some basic stuff like hot packs and stretching, but honestly, it’s not working. I work from home, and sitting at my desk all day just seems to make it worse! I woke up one morning and felt this sharp pain that runs down to my shoulders, usually after binge-watching shows for a few hours straight. Like, when I look to the side, it feels like someone’s twisting a knife in there, ugh! I heard about exercises for neck pain and some home remedies, but like, does one really know how to cure neck pain fast at home when everything feels so complicated? I’ve even looked up tutorials and stuff, but maybe I am missing something. Would things like essential oils or pressure points actually help? I just want to go back to normal and not feel like a robot every time I turn my head! Any quick tips on how to cure neck pain fast at home that really work?
