can shilajit be taken in summer - #23706
I am super confused about taking shilajit, especially with summer right around the corner! Last year, I started using shilajit for energy and stamina because I read all these amazing benefits online. But I thought, can shilajit be taken in summer? I usually have this weird feeling that in the heat, extra supplements might mess with my body. Like, I was thinking maybe it could cause dehydration or something since it’s so sticky and intense. I’ve been feeling fine overall but, you know, just that worry creeping in. A few weeks ago, my friend said she tried taking shilajit during the hot months and ended up with a headache, but I’m not sure if that was just her or if there's something to it. Is there something about shilajit that makes it not a good idea in summer? Do y’all think I should stop it altogether when the heat hits? Or make sure I drink more water? I’m just trying to figure this out before I mess with my routine. I really can’t find clear info about this. Like seriously, can shilajit be taken in summer, or is there something I’m missing? Any advice would be awesome!
