I am really confused and just hope someone can help me out here. My hair has been super dry and frizzy lately! Like, I keep trying different shampoos and conditioners but nothing seems to work. My friend mentioned that I could try using olive oil for hair, but like, can I use olive oil for hair? I’ve never thought about olive oil beyond the kitchen, but my scalp feels kinda itchy, and the ends of my hair look like straw! I've tried all these fancy products but they haven't helped at all. I decided to do some research online and saw that people use olive oil for dry hair, but I’m kind of scared it might make it greasier or worse? I mean, can I really use olive oil for hair and expect it to help? Also, how do you even apply it? Do I put it on dry hair or damp hair? I just want to get my hair healthy again, but don’t want to mess it up even more!!! Some people say to warm it up first, but is that really necessary? If anyone has any tips on using olive oil for hair or what I should do next, that would be amazing!
