I am really struggling with feeling sluggish and just overall not myself lately. The other day I noticed my skin has been breaking out more than usual, and I can’t seem to shake this persistent fatigue. A friend mentioned that maybe I need to figure out how to detox my body at home, which got me wondering about all the different ways to do this. I’ve tried some herbal teas and drinking more water, but I’m not sure it’s enough. I sometimes eat pretty unhealthy — lots of takeouts and sweets, especially during busy weeks. I read online that there are lots of things you can do to help clear out toxins naturally, like certain diets or even yoga, but I don’t know where to start. Can anyone share real ways how to detox body at home that don’t require too much time or fancy ingredients? Maybe some simple foods or routines that worked for you? I'm feeling kinda lost here and just hope I can feel better soon without spending a fortune on detox kits or going to a spa. It's crazy how much joint pain I’ve been feeling too, which I read could also be related to needing to detox — is that true? Any thoughts would be real appreciated!
