is eating papaya good for skin - #25057
I am really curious about this question that keeps popping up in my mind about whether is eating papaya good for skin. Last month, I started breaking out like crazy, and I thought maybe changing my diet might help. I read somewhere that papaya is great for the skin, and it actually contains enzymes that can make your skin glow. I started eating papaya every day, like a whole fruit for breakfast. The taste is actually kinda nice, but I’m not sure if it's really having an effect. I’ve noticed some changes, like my skin feels a bit softer, but I can't really tell if the breakouts are lessening or if it's just wishful thinking. On top of that, I tried using papaya face masks too, thinking maybe combining eating papaya with using it would give me clearer skin faster. But again, how do I gauge if is eating papaya good for skin or if it’s just all hype? Anyone else tried this? Does eating papaya really have long-lasting effects on skin health, or should I look into other options? Some friends say it worked wonders for them, but I'm kinda skeptical, ya know?
