how to stop hair fall in rainy season - #25179
I am really struggling with how to stop hair fall in rainy season. This year, it feels like I lost more hair than usual when the rains started. I’ve always had thick hair, but since about a month ago, my hair has been coming out in clumps. I notice it most when I wash it, but also just when I’m brushing it after. My friends say it’s normal for some people when the weather changes, but I can’t help but think maybe it's more than that?? Last week I tried a new shampoo that claimed to strengthen hair, but it doesn’t seem to be helping. I can feel the rain makes my scalp feel kinda oily or sticky, and sometimes itchy. Is there a reason why hair fall becomes worse in rainy season? My mom told me to try some natural oils, like coconut or almond, but how do I even know which one to choose? Should I be worried? Are there any specific treatments or home remedies you guys recommend that actually work?? I've read about various things online, but my head is spinning, and I don't know where to start or what to believe. Just want to get my hair back to how it used to be, you know?? Any insight on how to stop hair fall in rainy season would be super helpful!
