I am honestly freaking out about my hair fall lately. I'm 28 and just started noticing it shedding more than usual, like it's everywhere. I mean, washing my hair in the shower turns into this insane moment where I’m terrified to even look at the drain! All my buddies at work keep saying it’s normal for guys, but I’ve definitely read that there could be some serious issues behind it. I had this crazy stress at work, and I wonder if that what causes hair fall in male but I kinda want to know more. Also, is it just age or genetics? My dad's hair thinned pretty young, and I’m not sure if that’s something that runs in the fam? I started taking biotin, thinking it might help, but other folks are like “you need to see a doc”.
