how to prevent spider veins - #26022
I am a 32-year-old woman who has recently noticed some spider veins on my legs, which is really stressing me out. I swear they popped up out of nowhere after a long summer of wearing shorts and dancing at wedding parties. It's not like I have a family history of this or anything, but maybe just standing all day at my job has something to do with it. I catch myself wondering how to prevent spider veins now since I can’t stand the thought of these little twisted veins becoming a permanent fixture on my legs. I tried some compression stockings, but they feel so constricting and uncomfortable. I’m also thinking about exercising more since I read somewhere that regular movement can maybe help with circulation? What are the best exercises to do? And diet? Do I need to cut out salt or something?? There was a friend who mentioned some creams that could help, but I'm really looking for solid advice on how to prevent spider veins for good. Can anyone share tips that worked for them or what I should focus on? I mean, is there a magic bullet or just a bunch of lifestyle tweaks I gotta do?
