I am really struggling with my digestion lately and trying to find out how to improve digestion. A couple of months ago, I started noticing that I felt bloated all the time, like even after eating just a little, I'd feel like I'm about to explode! I've tried various over-the-counter remedies, but nothing really seems to work long-term. Plus, I'm constantly dealing with gas and occasional heartburn, which just adds to the frustration. Friends have told me, "You gotta figure out how to improve digestion," but I'm not sure where to start. I've cut out soda and switched to herbal teas, but I wonder if dietary changes could help more? I thought of keeping a food diary to see which foods trigger my symptoms but am also not sure if that's just gonna make me obsess over what to eat. Have any of you experienced this and found actual ways how to improve digestion? I feel like I've tried everything - even went to a doctor who suggested probiotics, but I don’t know if they’re making a difference. Honestly, I’d just like a break from this discomfort! Any tips or personal experiences would be awesome. I need help figuring out how to improve digestion without taking tons of meds or planning my life around meals. Would love to hear your thoughts!
