I am really worried about this dizziness that’s just not going away. Like, a week ago, I stood up too quickly and almost fainted, it was that bad! Now, I keep getting these spells of dizziness, especially when I move my head suddenly or when I try to get up after sitting for a while. I feel like I’m walking on a boat! I went to my doc, and they said it might be something benign, but I'm so tired of feeling like this. Seriously, what gets rid of dizziness fast?
