I am really struggling to get a good night's rest ever since I developed this awful ear infection last week. It started with a little discomfort, then BOOM! I was in pain and couldn't hear properly. My doctor prescribed some antibiotics and suggested warm compresses, but even with all that, I just can't figure out how to sleep with ear infection pain. Every time I try to lie down, the pressure builds up and it's so hard to find a comfortable position. I’ve tried sleeping propped up on pillows, but that didn’t really help much because my head still hurts when I lean back! What am I supposed to do? I've read some tips online about how to sleep with ear infection, like using over-the-counter pain relievers or even some home remedies, but none seem to be giving me relief. I just want to sleep through the night without waking up every hour in agony. Anyone out there have personal experience with this? Like, how to sleep with ear infection without tossing and turning all night? My tiredness is turning into frustration, and I’m worried this will just go on for ages. Help!
