I am feeling really confused and kinda worried about the whole full body detox cleanse thing. A little while ago, I started having these annoying stomach issues—like, bloating and occasional cramping, which were super frustrating. A friend mentioned that doing a full body detox cleanse could help reset my gut and maybe even improve my energy levels, so I thought why not? I looked into it, and there are sooo many types of full body detox cleanses out there, which only made me more unsure. Like, one says to drink only juices, while another suggests raw foods, and I’ve also seen ones where people take all these heavy supplements. Should I even try any of these? What are the real benefits, if any, from a full body detox cleanse? I mean, does anyone here actually feel a difference after doing a full body detox cleanse? Also, I've read that some people felt worse after, which is such a turn off. I guess I'm just curious if a full body detox cleanse is something that could help with my digestive issues or if it’s just a fad that could maybe do more harm than good? Would really appreciate any insights, thanks!
