can varicose veins disappear with exercise - #26648
I am trying to understand something really confusing about varicose veins. A couple months ago I noticed these nagging like dark swollen veins on my legs that just look terrible!! I mean, I always have been active but not super, and suddenly I see this. At first, I thought maybe it's just me getting older but my friend said, "hey maybe you should look into exercise for those varicose veins!!!" Now I'm wondering, can varicose veins disappear with exercise?? I started going for runs and doing some strength training, but I feel like it’s always the same, like the veins aren't really going away. I read online that staying active can help (a lot of places say this), but it’s been a few weeks and I don’t see much change at all. Is it possible to really make them disappear just by staying consistent with exercise? I mean, there's gotta be more to it, right? Some say I need to wear compression stockings and stuff, but that feels like a hassle. Is exercise really enough?? What do you guys think? Any tips or personal experiences that might help me? I'm a bit lost here and just wanna know if I can expect these varicose veins to vanish or should I be looking for other solutions?
