I am dealing with an ongoing issue and feel like I’m at my wit’s end! For the past few months, I've been experiencing really bad digestive problems; bloating, cramping, you name it. I’ve tried a few over-the-counter meds but they barely help. A friend suggested looking into the advantages of medicinal plants, saying they worked wonders for her. I’ve heard about things like ginger and peppermint being great, but is there any real science backing the advantages of medicinal plants? I mean, how do they actually work in the body?
