Multivitamins are great for filling nutritional gaps, but if you’re still feeling weak, there might be more going on. With diabetes, even when it’s under control, you need to be cautious about neuropathy. Shaking hands and legs could suggest it’s affecting you, possibly hinting at nerve damage or issues with circulation. Specifically, with neuropathy, controlling your blood sugar closely can help improve or slow the progression. Keep your A1C levels within target and monitor your glucose regularly. Now, on the anxiety part, even though you are taking ashwagandha, it’s not always the fix for everyone. Sometimes a combination of lifestyle adjustments like regular exercise, good sleep hygiene, balanced diet, and stress management techniques can provide more tangible results. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is also worth considering if anxiety is prominent. As for erectile dysfunction (ED), it can sometimes be linked to uncontrolled blood sugar levels or anxiety itself, which you’ve mentioned. Addressing underlying issues, like the neuropathy or anxiety, can beneficially impact the ED. Vasodilators such as sildenafil (Viagra) might be an option, but this should be discussed in detail with a healthcare provider considering your diabetes and other factors. Overall, before starting any new medication or making significant changes, you should have a complete evaluation by a healthcare specialist to tailor the approach specifically to your needs, especially when multiple conditions overlap. It’s critical to consider all aspects to rule out anything more serious that might need urgent attention.
