does amla cause cough - #23649
I am really confused right now because last week I started taking amla supplements for my health, heard it's great for immunity! But, like, after just a few days of taking it, I noticed a persistent cough developing. At first, I thought it was just a cold or allergies, but it didn't go away. I mean, does amla cause cough? I read somewhere that some people might get respiratory issues from it, but I wasn't expecting that! I used to think of amla as this miracle fruit, helping with everything from digestion to skin. But now I'm wondering if it's more complicated than that. I even asked my friend who uses amla, and she said she never had any cough issue, so I don't understand why it’s happening to me. Do coughs usually happen because of amla or maybe it's just my body reacting weirdly? Has anyone else experienced this can any doctors explain? I feel like I'm in limbo here, trying to figure out if I should stop the amla or wait it out! Thanks for any insights!
