I am just a bit worried about my stomach lately. Last week I had a pretty bad case of diarrhea, like really frequent trips to the bathroom and some cramping too, ugh. I tried to stick with the BRAT diet, ya know, bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast, but didn't feel like that was enough. A friend suggested I try lemon tea since I heard it can help with digestion. But my question is, is lemon tea good for diarrhea actually? I mean, I love the taste of lemon tea and usually drink it when I feel a bit under the weather. But I couldn't help but wonder if it might make things worse, like is the acidity gonna cause more problems while I’m already dealing with this nightmare?
