can aloe vera remove pigmentation - #14118
I am really confused about something and hope you all can help. I've been dealing with some pigmentation issues for a while now, mainly on my face and arms. A friend mentioned that can aloe vera remove pigmentation, and for some reason, I can't stop thinking about it. I've tried several creams and treatments with little to no results, and honestly, I've gotten pretty discouraged. Just the other day, I was at the store looking for remedies and saw aloe vera gel. It made me wonder, can aloe vera remove pigmentation for real? My skin tends to be pretty sensitive, so I just want to make sure it won't irritate me more. I've read some people say it has cooling and healing properties (which sounds nice), but I'm not sure if that's the same as actually helping with pigmentation. I'm even thinking about mixing it with a little lemon juice or something, but that might be risky, right? Has anyone really had success with aloe vera in reducing pigmentation, or is it just one of those things that people talk about without much evidence? Would love to hear your experiences!
