I am dealing with this really annoying issue where I've been having diarrhea for the past few days. It started out of nowhere, like one minute I was fine, and the next I had to rush to the bathroom. I've tried some over-the-counter meds, but they haven’t really helped much. I’ve also been drinking plenty of water, but honestly, I'm not sure if that's enough. My friend mentioned a few home remedies for diarrhea, but I don’t know what the best home remedy for diarrhea really is. Is there something simple I can make at home? I've heard of things like bananas and rice, but I’m not sure how to prepare them or if they really work. Also, is ginger tea considered a good home remedy for diarrhea? I can't tell if I'm just grasping at straws here, but I'm feeling super drained and frustrated! I just want to feel normal again!
