I am really worried about what to eat during loose motions because my stomach has been acting up for the past three days. It started after I ate some street food that didn’t sit right with me, and ever since then, it’s been a wild ride. Like, I can't remember the last time I felt this level of discomfort. I tried drinking more water, thinking that would help, but every time I eat something, no matter how bland, I find myself making a mad dash to the bathroom again. I've read a bit about what to eat during loose motions, like bananas and rice, but honestly, it’s hard to even think about food right now. I thought chicken broth might help but then scared I’d feel worse later. Are there any specific foods or drinks that really work for you guys when dealing with this? Like, what to eat during loose motions seems to vary all over the place. I tried toast yesterday but that didn’t feel right either.
