I am at my wit's end here. A couple of days ago, I started feeling kinda queasy after dinner. Thought it was just something I ate, but then bam, I was running to the bathroom. Now, I can't even keep water down, just horrible. I haven't been able to eat anything for over 24 hours and I feel weak, like I could just collapse. I tried sipping on ginger ale since I've heard a home remedy for vomiting is ginger, but honestly, it just made me feel worse. I've always heard about these good home remedies for vomiting that people swear by, like peppermint tea or something, but I'm not sure. I didn't really want to rely on over-the-counter stuff because I’m just not a fan of medication unless it's a must. Anyone have success with any specific home remedy for vomiting that actually worked for them? Like, how do you even know if you're too far gone and need to see a doctor?
