I am dealing with some serious constipation issues and I heard about isabgol being a good solution. My friend suggested using isabgol, but I’m honestly not sure how to use isabgol for constipation properly. A few days ago, I was feeling really bloated and uncomfortable, like I hadn't gone in days. I tried some over-the-counter meds, but they didn’t help much.
