why hair fall happens in female - #23110
I am really concerned about my hair fall lately and I need some advice. Around three months ago, I started noticing that my hair was falling out more than usual, like when I’d brush it, there would be clumps on the brush. I didn’t think much of it at first, but it’s just getting worse! Like, I'm freaking out here! I tried changing my shampoo and even went for a scalp treatment, but nothing seems to work. I looked up “why hair fall happens in female” and I found a ton of stuff, but it all seems so overwhelming. I don’t know what’s right. I’m 28 and my stress levels are pretty high with work, and I did read somewhere that stress could be a reason for hair fall. Plus, my periods have been a bit irregular lately too, and I’m wondering if that’s connected? I am also trying to eat better but some days are harder than others. Sometimes I feel like my hair is so thin now! Does anyone here have any insights on “why hair fall happens in female”? Has anyone experienced this and found something that actually helps? I'm all ears for tips or personal stories that could help me figure this out before I go totally bald!
