I am starting to really worry about my hair. Last year, I noticed it thinning a lot, and it kind of freaked me out. Like, I have tried a whole bunch of different shampoos and treatments, but nothing seems to be workin. Someone suggested I look into bhringraj oil, saying it might help with hair growth and maybe even make it healthier? But I don’t know much about it. Is bhringraj oil good for hair or is it just another trend that’s not worth my time? I did try a few natural oils before, but they left my hair super greasy for days! We did some tests at the derm's office, and all they found were a few vitamin deficiencies, which I’m working to fix now. But I keep hearing stories about bhringraj oil really helping some people, boosting growth and stopping hair fall. I mean, is bhringraj oil good for hair like people say, or could it maybe, like, make things worse? Should I be putting it straight on my scalp or mixing it with something else? Really hoping someone can give me some real advice since I’m getting kinda anxious about this whole hair situation.
