I am pretty confused about what is the use of pineapple juice. A few weeks ago, I started feeling really bloated and my stomach was just not cooperating. I read online that pineapple juice could help with digestion, so I figured I’d give it a shot. I bought a couple of bottles, and honestly, kinda enjoying the taste! But after trying it for a few days, I'm not sure if it's really working. I mean, I do feel a little lighter sometimes, but then other times the bloating comes right back. I also heard somewhere that pineapple juice has this enzyme, bromelain, that might help with inflammation, so I thought that could be part of it too??? I tried mixing it with ginger but I can’t tell if that's just an excuse to drink more pineapple juice. What do you all think? Is it really useful, like, for digestion and all that, or am I just grasping at straws here? I keep wondering about the proper amounts too — like, how much pineapple juice should one drink for any possible benefits? And what if someone has acid reflux? Could it make things worse? Any advice would be super helpful, thanks!
