I am really struggling with this bloating situation. For the past few weeks, I’ve been feeling super uncomfortable. I eat normally but then BAM, my stomach feels like a balloon! It’s so annoying! I did some research on how to remove bloating from body and found tons of tips like drinking peppermint tea and avoiding carbonated drinks, but honestly, nothing seems to work for me. Like yesterday, I had this enormous lunch at a restaurant, thinking it would be fine, but wow, by the afternoon, I was just wishing I could roll myself into a ball and disappear. My friends joke that I look 6 months pregnant, and I can’t help but feel self-conscious about it. Sometimes it feels like I’m digesting a rock! I tried cutting out dairy for a few days, thinking it might help, but no luck. I’m wondering what you all think about these methods on how to remove bloating from body? Have any of you had success with certain foods or remedies? Do probiotics actually help in this situation? I am just tired of feeling this way, and I really want to find a solution as I’ve got a party coming up next week! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
