I am feeling a bit confused about shilajit when to take it. I read tons of stuff online, but nothing seems to give me a straight answer. A few weeks ago, I started trying out shilajit for the supposed energy boost, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Like, do I take it in the morning or at night? For a little context, I've been feeling really fatigued lately. I work a pretty demanding job and by the time I get home, I’m just drained, like totally spent. I thought maybe shilajit could help me out since I heard it’s great for vitality and stamina. I started taking it with my breakfast but then I read somewhere that it might be better at night? Ugh, do I need it on an empty stomach or after food? And how about dosage? I accidentally took too much the other day and felt kinda jittery, which freaked me out a bit. Also, does taking it at a certain time really make a difference? I want to be sure I’m optimizing the benefits of shilajit when to take it properly. Any insights would be super helpful!
