I am really confused about this fruit called Sevvalai palam because I've been hearing about its benefits everywhere. A friend of mine was raving about how it helped her digestion and even her skin cleared up after eating it regularly. I decided to give it a shot, but I have no clue how to use it! I tried some raw, but it was a bit tough to chew and didn’t taste that great to me.
