does drumstick cause gas - #24039
I am kinda in a pickle here. A little while ago, I tried cooking with drumstick for the first time because I heard it's super nutritious. My friend raved about it, saying how great it is for health, but honestly, ever since I added it to my meals, I've been feeling super gassy. Like, does drumstick cause gas? I mean, I know beans and some other veggies can do that thing, but this is new territory for me. I made a stew with drumstick, and now I can't help but wonder if it’s just me. The thing is, I’ve also been eating more legumes lately, so maybe that’s the culprit too. But then again, I never had this happening before I introduced drumstick. I read a few things online, and some sites mentioned how certain fibers in drumsticks can lead to gas production. It feels like I'm a science experiment gone wrong! Can anyone share their experiences about this? Does drumstick cause gas in most people or is it just my tummy reacting weirdly? Should I cut it out of my diet or is there a way to enjoy it without bloating like a balloon? Any help would really be appreciated!
