how to grow pennis size - #24632

Keya

I am kind of freaking out here. I noticed recently that my penis size seems smaller than what I thought was normal, especially compared to friends or what you see in adult mags. I mean, I’m not like super insecure or anything, but it’s just been on my mind a lot, and I can't shake off the question on how to grow penis size. I read a bunch of stuff online, like surgical options and pumps, and even weird home remedies like stretching techniques, but I don’t know what's safe or legit. My buddy said he tried some pills that were supposed to help grow penis size, but I’m not sure about that either. Like, are there exercises that really work or is that just a myth? Also, I'm worried about side effects if I go the supplement or surgery route. Has anyone out there had actual experience with how to grow penis size? I really want to understand what options are good and if there’s some realistic thing I can do without risking my health. Thanks for any help!!

Doctors' responses

It’s important to acknowledge that penis size varies significantly among individuals, and what’s considered “normal” covers a wide range. While it’s natural to be curious about this, most concerns about size aren’t linked to any medical or physical issues. That said, let’s explore your questions around enhancement methods safely. Surgical options exist, like penile lengthening surgery, but they carry significant risks like scarring or erectile dysfunction. They’re typically not recommended unless there’s a medical reason for correction. Pumps, which create a vacuum around the penis and increase blood flow, are designed primarily to help with erectile dysfunction rather than size enhancement—and their effects are temporary. As for pills and supplements, they lack solid scientific backing and might pose health risks, particularly if they interact with other medications or contain unverified ingredients. Regarding manual methods like stretching exercises or jelqing, their efficacy is largely considered a myth in medical circles. They can damage tissues if done aggressively. In reality, no foolproof method exists for significant penis enlargement without substantial risk. If you’re concerned about persistent issues or your mental health around this topic, discussing with a healthcare professional, especially a psychologist or a urologist, might help to address underlying concerns and improve confidence. It’s key to prioritize safe practices over potentially dangerous quick fixes.
