I am really confused about something and hope some doctors here can help me out. I’ve been feeling kind of weird about my habits, especially when it comes to this thing called masturbation. Like, I’ve gone through phases where I do it a lot, and sometimes I skip days or even weeks. I’ve read all sorts of stuff online—some say is mastrubation harmful while others say it's totally normal and healthy. Just last week, I mentioned it to a friend, and he freaked out, saying that excessive mastrubation can cause problems like fatigue or even erectile dysfunction!
