is steel bottle good for health - #24879
I am kinda worried about something I've been hearing a lot lately. I just bought a stainless steel bottle because I thought it would be better than plastic, you know? But I keep hearing debates about whether a steel bottle is good for health or not. I mean, is steel bottle good for health, or are there hidden dangers? At first, I thought it was a smart choice to ditch plastic. My best friend started using one after she read that plastics can leach chemicals, and she raved about how good the steel bottle was for the environment too. But then I stumbled upon some articles saying that there could be nickel or other metals in the steel affecting your health. Like, should I be worried about that? Sometimes, I notice the water tastes different in my steel bottle, is that normal? Also, I get confused when folks say “is steel bottle good for health?” and then go on about bacteria being a concern if you don’t clean it right. I try to keep it clean, but I'm not super consistent. Should I just stick to glass if I'm really worried? Or is the convenience worth the risk? I just want to make sure I'm not doing something bad for my body, you know?
