I am really curious about whether amla improve eyesight. Last month, I started noticing some blurriness when reading, especially in low light. My friends were talking about amla and how it’s packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. I’ve been taking amla supplements for a couple of weeks now, but I’m not sure if they're making a difference, you know? I’ve also read that people swear by it for overall health but trying to figure out if amla can specifically improve eyesight. My mom used to say she thought amla improve eyesight because of her own experience, but she never really explained how it worked. I’ve even added fresh amla juice in my smoothies, trying to give my eyes a boost! Sometimes I wonder if I’m just grasping at straws here. Like, am I just hoping for a quick fix? I saw some articles suggesting amla benefits the eyes, but they weren’t convincing enough. Has anyone genuinely found that amla improve eyesight?
