how to long panis - #25068

Siddharth

I am really struggling with something that's been bothering me lately and I just need some honest advice. So, about a year ago, I started noticing that my panis seems to be on the smaller side compared to a lot of guys around me. I tried to ignore it at first—I mean, who really wants to talk about how to long panis, right? But it just keeps nagging at me, especially when I hear other guys bragging. I mentioned it to my friends once, and they just laughed it off, but deep down I know it’s affecting my confidence, especially in dating situations. I even did some Googling on how to long panis and found all sorts of wild claims, but I honestly don't know what's legit. I've thought about pills or those pumps, but I just wonder if they actually work or if I’m just wasting my time and money. I have also read stories of guys getting operations for it, and that freaks me out a bit. Do any of you know how to long panis in a safe way or maybe some exercises that could help? Kinda tired of feeling insecure about it, you know? Anyway, any advice or experiences would be super helpful, even just to know I'm not alone in this!

Focusing on concerns about penis size is not uncommon, but it’s important to approach this with a medical perspective. Let’s start with the facts: the average penis size is more variable than what pop culture suggests and many men consider themselves smaller than average when they’re actually within the normal range. It’s also worth noting that methods like pills, pumps, and exercises have been marketed extensively, but most lack scientific backing for effective, permanent increases in size. Pills and supplements often claim to enhance penis length but can be ineffective, if not outright harmful—as they are not regulated by health authorities for safety. Penile pumps are typically more successful for temporary increases, often used in the context of addressing erectile dysfunction. Regarding surgery, it can be an option, but there are significant risks involved and outcomes can vary. Surgeries are generally recommended only for men with a micropenis or specific medical conditions, and less so for cosmetic reasons. Alternatively, focusing on general health—such as reducing body weight, increasing physical activity, and abstaining from smoking—can improve body image and sexual function. If these feelings persist, it may be valuable to speak with a healthcare professional or a therapist experienced in male body image issues. They can provide a realistic evaluation and help with any psychological aspects underpinning your concerns.
